Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had rooms that were close to each other, became a bit hectic and noisy, and generally quite dusty. However, they had everything we needed. The staff was very polite and friendly throughout our stay, offering excellent customer service and were helpful, understanding, and friendly. The location was good being close to the main train station, downtown area for eating and shopping, and main tourist attractions. The dining was very ordinary, excluding milk or pastries, with only salads, noodles, and fried food available. The facilities were decent, though the dining options were a bit expensive.
I had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms had everything we needed and were spacious compared to other places I've stayed. However, the rooms appeared a bit tired; updating the bed and pillows would greatly enhance the hotel. The location was superb, offering easy access to various transportation options and attractions, yet providing a peaceful environment at night.
The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and offers easy access to the city's attractions. The rooms were a bit stuffy at times but were clean and cozy, although they were a bit cramped compared to other hotels we stayed in during our Japan trip. The service was friendly, with a great location for nightlife and nearby fine restaurants. The location is a quiet spot just a couple of minutes from the main road and tram stops, providing good proximity to places of interest. However, the lack of air refreshment amenities was a downside.
The hotel is situated in a convenient spot, midway between the station and the main shopping area. The rooms are spacious and exactly like in the pictures, but a new mattress would improve comfort. Service was acceptable, albeit not as welcoming as anticipated. The location is good for getting around, with tram stops nearby and walking distance to places of interest. The dining experience offers both Western and Japanese options but can vary in quality. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas for improvement.
The hotel's rooms were a bit cramped but overall clean, though a stained lamp shade was a turn-off. The temperature control was a challenge, and the decor felt a bit outdated. However, the service was top-notch, with a special touch of a personalized postcard. The location was convenient, with easy access to major attractions. The dining offered a mix of Japanese and continental options, though a more varied selection would have been nice.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel; the spacious room offered a big flat-screen TV and a lovely view of the river, perfect for my family. However, the room felt a bit tired, and updating the bed and pillows would enhance the overall experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and pubs, although it's situated near a somewhat lively area. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff available 24/7. The dining options were primarily Japanese and may not suit all tastes, but the tropical fruits were a refreshing touch.
